pc games, xbox 360 gamesWith PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 games sitting in living rooms around the world it can be easy to forget how powerful our computers are for gaming. I’m part of Generation Y. We grew up as PC games really started coming into their own. While there were Nintendo, Sega and Playstation game consoles out they had nothing on the experiences PC games created. My love for gaming grew from an old IBM in our office that worked off DOS but had a host of different now classics like Duke Nukem and Reading Rabbit. It wasn’t long before neighborhood friends were connecting computers together and playing each other within real time strategy titles.

When Counter Strike hit the scene, it was a wrap. It took many years for any Xbox 360 games to do what CS did for an online first person shooter. Now there is an even mix of great games spanning all the systems. I find myself forgetting the importance of PC games. Usually this is when I get back on the computer to play an old favorite.
